  1. I am having difficulty housetraining my 7 month old Border Collie. Have had
her since she was 11 weeks. I have never experienced such a tough dog to
housebreak. My last BC girl was houstrained at 4 months and my male took
one week. This pup just doesn’t get it. How do I teach her to cue me to
    take her out?

  2. cool one question how to do you train ure dog to give u a sign or ring the
little bell when they got to go?

mistakes, he is afraid to go in front of us, as you mentioned. He doesn’t
like to be watched and won’t pee/poo in public. How do I correct this now?

  6. @snuffles8989 I don’t get the problem. So, the dog will ring when it wants
to go out. You put it out.

  7. If the crate is small enough he will try his best not to ”potty” in it
but puppies have very small bladers and can only hold it in for so
long, rule of thumb is an hour for each month(one month=one hour, two
months=two hours) so he will try not to so he wont get dirty but he cant
hold it for too long, unless the crate is big and he can potty in one corner
and lay down in the other ,thats why its important for the crate too be the
perfect size, look up crate training.Hope that helps:-)

  8. The problem is the purpuse of the bell is not to go out its to ”potty”
and if the dog knows bell means OUT hes going to ring it all the time
,unless how he said :just take it off when the dog is house trained, thats
brilliant because I was wondering what people would do, now they dont have
    to constantly hear that BELL.LOL

  9. Hello I just received a 14 month old red nose pitbull female. She seems to
be a very good dog but she is not house trained. Is it possible to house

have any luck with that so help….what do I do?

  14. i need help. i live in an apartment and do not take my dogs outside to
potty. they use a potty grate. i have two very small year old puppies. i
got the first one and did great potty training! i used the grass pad and
then went to a similar thing without grass. i even got to the point where i
could leave her all day long in the house and she would potty on her pad
and never on the rug. she never chewed or had bad behaviors. then i got my
other puppy to keep her company while i was at work. this puppy came from a
family who didn’t house train her. i worked with the new puppy just as
much. she also did good with the training. then all of a sudden i started
finding messes and it was as if they planned this. they just decided not to
listen and this new puppy ruined the trust i had with my fist puppy. they
now have a giant create with a potty area and they use it when they are in
it. as soon as i build up trust with them, slowly giving them more room
during the day, one of them will make a mess, even though the potty are is
    right there! what happen ??

  15. Oh my goodness. I need to go wake up my wife. She has been cleaning up
after our 2 new puppies with pure ammonia and water.
